I spent years looking for one anyway. Every so often I'd find something new and think, “Yes. This is it. This is the thing that's finally going to solve it.”
Courses, programs, books, routines. They all promised some version of a better life, but mine didn't change. The more I tried to get my life “right,” the less connected I felt to what I actually wanted.
Eventually, I realized I had it backwards. I didn't need another system telling me how to do things their way. I needed to start with the part all those systems were missing: me.
This changed everything. I started building around what mattered to me instead of trying to make myself fit into someone else's formula.
Now I teach women, like you, to do the same.
